All orders are packed in insulated coolers with frozen gel packs and shipped via overnight or 2-day express to ensure our products remain at a safe refrigerated temperature until they reach your door.

Yes, most of our smoked fish products can be frozen for up to 3 months. For the best experience, we recommend keeping them in their original vacuum-sealed packaging until you are ready to thaw and serve.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Unopened vacuum-sealed packages typically stay fresh for 21 to 30 days in the refrigerator. Once opened, we recommend consuming the product within 3 to 5 days for optimal flavor and quality.
